This Black PVC collar is ¾” wide and is comprised of a
top layer of stunning Black Patent Leather which is
backed onto a very eye-catching Metallic Pink Leather.
The pink is very soft on the skin In the middle and sides
of the collar are 3 Plated D-rings which have small keys
through them.The D-rings are 1/2" wide. In between
each D-ring is a small Kitten spike. There are 2 of these.
