Confidentiality

All orders are dispatched in discreet, plain packaging, and we will never make your details available to any third party.

Acceptance of your order

After submitting an order with us, you will be sent a confirmation of Order e-mail with your order number and details of items bought. This is an acknowledgment of your order only, NOT an acceptance.
Acceptance of your order and creation of a legally binding contract between us will occur when we send you a dispatch e-mail containing delivery information.
The customer is responsible for the importation of products into their country.

Delivery

Your order will normally be sent out to you within 1-2 working days, however if any item ordered is out of stock then you will be informed asap, it can then take between 3-21 days for an item to be re-stocked (average 3-7 days)if this could cause a problem please contact us before ordering to check availability.

Orders are sent by Royal Mail, options for UK are normally:

FREEPOST for all orders over £50
First Class............................. £1.50 per total order irrespective of number of items.
Recorded Delivery................... £3.95 per total order
Special Delivery on request

for Europe:

Airmail...........................................................£2.50 per total order
International Signed For(premium fast option).......£6.00 per total order

Rest of the World:

International Signed For(premium fast option).......£6.00 per total order

You will be presented with a choice of payment options in checkout.

If you have a Paypal account you can use this option or pay by credit card with Paypal.

By snail mail we accept Cheques, or Postal Orders in UK currency only.

For Bank Transfers please allow 3-10 days while your payment clears.

Refunds

Will be issued for any faulty item, though in the three years we have been trading faults are extremely rare due to the quality of merchandise.
If you would prefer a refund please make this clear when returning your order, else we will assume you require a replacement.
We do not issue refunds for wrong size ordered as all items have clear sizing information, if you are unsure of an items fit or for any queries please contact us and we will be very happy to help you.

Returns are accepted up to seven days after dispatch, this allows you time to receive and check you are happy with your purchase. No returns accepted after this period.
Please note when returning goods postage will not be refunded.
If you wish to cancel your order please do so before you are advised your order has been sent. Your payment will be refunded and your order cancelled. Once sent you are responsible for all postage and packing costs.

Currency
All payments should be made in GBP British pounds.
